On Nov. 14, Alexey Likhachev, Director General of the Russian state-owned nuclear energy corporation Rosatom, expressed that around 8 Ukrainian military drones attacked the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant in Voronezh Oblast in southern Russia, from the 12th night to early dawn on the 13th.
He explained that all of the drones were intercepted by the Russian side, but debris fell and damaged power distribution equipment.
