Numerous posters showing the same person and design are put up on election poster bulletin boards for the Tokyo gubernatorial election, confusion is therefore spreading among eligible voters.
A political organization "the party to protect the people from NHK" explains that the posters on the bulletin boards were made by persons who donated to the organization. There is therefore an opinion that this is an exploitation of a loophole in the system and an out purpose use of the bulletin boards.
Expert(s) points out that "we need to consider ways to regulate this."

On a bulletin board in front of Nakano Ward office, a row of pink posters with the same design are posted alongside images of various persons.
Even a QR code is noted on it, when scanned, that take he or she to the screen of a specific social networking site (social media).

By June 21, the Tokyo Metropolitan Election Commission received over 1,000 complaints and inquiries.
These were complaints asking "what's going on?" about the fact that the same posters are being put up. A person in charge said that "the phone is ringing nonstop."
According to the MIC, posters that campaign for other candidates or contain falsehoods will be subject to punishment.
However, there are neither regulations that directly restrict the content nor prior checking system.
