Russian tourists are visiting North Korea one after another.
The trip began in early February with a group trip from Vladivostok led by the governor of the Far East Primorsky Krai. On April 16, it even turned out that Project Pyongyang, a Moscow-based travel agency specializing in N. Korea, has begun recruiting for tours.
The appeal is allegedly "nostalgia reminiscent of the days of the former Soviet Union" (according to the company).

According to the Project Pyongyang website, individuals and groups are subject to that, and group tours range from 4 to 15 days.
The plan is to visit tourist attractions in Pyongyang, Panmunjom, where the military demarcation line with S. Korea is located, and the Masikryong Ski Resort in the eastern N. Korea. An 8-day itinerary will cost approx. 1,750 euros (approx. \290,000).
Even the N. Korean authorities allegedly officially recognized it.

According to a person in charge of the company, other than Russia, participation is limited to citizens of some former Soviet blocs, such as Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
It's explained to have received "a lot of applications" for the latest tour in late April.
