Concerning that Russia has been using made by N. Korea ballistic missiles in Ukraine, commanding general of U.S. Army Pacific Charles Flynn expressed the concern that it gave N. Korea a "battlefield laboratory" to lead performace-improvement, while testing missiles in actual battles.

According to the Ukrainian prosecutor's office, Russia fired approx. 50 made by N. Korea ballistic missiles toward various places between the end of last year and mid-March this year, such as the Ukrainian capital kyiv, Kharkov.
