On Wednesday, I participated in a "new spring gathering" in Hagi City held by Takako Oka, a prefectural assembly member.
It was sunny when I woke up in the morning, but the sky suddenly became dark and it started to rain.
It changed from "sleet" to "snow" from around Mine City.
