On March 10, media in N. Korea including the state run "KCNA" reported that "A N. Korean diplomatic delegation led will visit Mongolia."
The KCNA conveyed that >"A North Korean diplomatic delegation led by Vice Foreign Minister Pak Myong-ho has departed for Mongolia" from Pyongyan on March 9.

It seems the visit by the N. Korean governmental delegation to Mongolia is aimed to bolster the relations with its conventional friendly country via talks about upgrade of the bilateral relations.
It's the 1st visit to Mongolia by a N. Korean Foreign Ministry's delegation since COVID-19 outbreak.
