On Feb. 20, the KCNA in N. Korea conveyed that Russian President Vladimir Putin presente Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the WPK, with a Russian-made vehicle exclusive-use for a leader.
It's explained that, on Feb. 18, Kim Yo-jong, vice Director of the WPK who is younger sister of Kim Jong-un, and Pak Jong-chon, secretary doubling vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, received it from the Russian side.
The party organ paper Rodong Sinmun also reported that, but didn't placed photo(s).
It's also unclear where it was received.

When Kim Jong-un visited Russia last September, Putin explained the vehicle which was exclusicve-use for himself.
According to the TASS, it is a Russian-made luxury car called "Aurus Senat," and Kim Jong-un was interested in it such as that actually sitting in the back seat and checking out the comfort of the ride.
Meanwhile, the UNSC has banned export of "luxury goods" including luxury cars to N. Korea by sanction-resolutions.
