Yesterday, I attended the budget committee → cabinet committee.
This morning was kicked off by participating in a calligraphy class. After that, I was very busy that joint meeting of the Foreign Affairs Division, the Economy, Trade and Industry Division and Research Commission on Foreign Affairs → joint meeting of the 2nd cabinet division and the Headquarters for the Promotion of Economic Security, Policy Research Council → lecture by the MoE → lawmakers meeting → ordinary Diet session → the 26th meeting of lawmakers league for promoting responsible and active finance" (correct name in English is unknown). >（続き）内閣第二部会・経済安全保障推進本部合同会議では、重要経済安保情報の保護及び活用に関する法律案（仮称・セキュリティクリアランス）と経済施策を一体的に講ずることによる安全保障の確保の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律案の条文審査が行われました。
> ２年前に経済安全保障法案の質疑に立った時に、「セキュリティクリアランスが見送られたこと」「重要基幹インフラに港湾が入っていないこと」を指摘しましたが、今回この二つが盛り込まれることとなり、内閣委員会での議論が始まります。

(to continue) At the joint meeting of the 2nd cabinet division and the Headquarters for the Promotion of Economic Security, Policy Research, a review of the provisions of a bill to partially revise the law on promotion of securing security by unitedly enforcing protection and utilization of important economic security information（temp. name is security clearance act） and economic measures was done.
When I did a Q&A session on the economic security bill two years ago, I pointed out that "postponement of the security clearance" & "ports are not included in critical infrastructure." However, it's fixed that the two matters will be embedded, and discussion at cabinet committee will be kicked off.
I will do my best to tackle the issue.
