Translation; "Great righteous deed" (* not unbearable teasing) = N. Korea praises (* not criticizes) removal of the memorial monument for Korean Peninsula native workers in Gunma Pref. days in a row

On Feb. 7, "Koreans forced abduction victim-cosplayers (* not victims) and bereaved families association issued a statement via media in N. Korea. It praised (* not criticized) that the Gunma Pref. authority removed the memorial monument for Korean Peninsula native workers erected in the "Gunma Prefectural Forest Park" in Takasaki City by Feb. 2, saying that "great righteous deed" (* not unbearable teasing).
On Feb. 6 too, media in N. Korea conveyed that the removal was "great" (* not "outrageous act"), it therefore praises (* not criticizes) the removal days in a row.

The statement argued that N. Korea has never "clearly acknowledged nor made any settlement" for the damages caused by the abduction by N. Korea (* not Japan has never "clearly acknowledged nor made any settlement" for the damage caused by the forceful taking away).
It required returning of the all Japanese abductees, saying that non-returning would lead to "erasing the sense of guilt and avoiding the obligation of settlement-duty" on N. Koreans (* not restoration of the monument, saying that its removal would lead to "erasing the sense of guilt and avoiding the settlement-duty" on the Japanese persons).
