A N. Korean delegation will visit Russia on Feb. 13 and visit the "State Duma" (the lower house of the Federal Assembly of Russia).
Since last year's visit by the WPK General Secretary Kim Jong-un to Russia, following the Russo-N. Korea foreign ministerial visits, it's developed to assembly-level this time.
The peak of this trend in Russo-N. Korea relations is expected to be pushed forward in earnest with President Vladimir Putin's "visit to N. Korea" after the Russian presidential election in March.

In an interview with "RIA Novosti" in Russia, State Duma member Kazbek Taysaev (Communist Party of the Russian Federation CPRF)) explained that "On Feb. 13, they (the N. Korean delegatin) are scheduled to visit the State Duma" and conveyed that "We will visit (N. Korea) to meet them."
According to the remark by Taysaev, it seems that Russia and N. Korea are very likely to exchange based on "assembly" unit.
Since the Russo-N. Korea summit meeting in lase September, visit to N. Korea by the Russian Foreign Minister in last October and visit to Russia by N. Korean Foreign Minister last month were realized respectively.

The Kremlin (Russian Presidential Office) denied the possibility of President Putin's visit to N. Korea before the presidential election, saying that "It's a more longer-term plan."
Taking it into consideration that the Russian presidential election will be held from March 15 to 17, the possibility of as early as the end of March or April emerges.
