In response that Tokyo released that a buoy believed to be Chinese one was confirmed in Japan's EEZ in the East China Sea, at a press briefing on Feb. 2, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson (* Deputy Director of the Foreign Ministry Information Department of China) Wang Wenbin was displeased, saying that >'China does not accept the notion of the so-called "Japanese Exclusive Economic Zone".'

At a press briefing on Feb. 1, Japanese vice Chief Cabinet Secretary Hiroshi Moriya expressed that the JCC confirmed a Chinese upside downed buoy in the Japanese EEZ in the East China Sea on Jan. 29.
It already doesn't work, and seems to be a buoy installed by the Chinese authority.
Tokyo required to explain the buoy, while notifying to the Chinese side.
