A Russian influencer who calls herself "Viktoria" has been disseminating information about N. Korea on Instagram since last November.
In her profile section, she writes in Russian-language that "I writes about my life in N. Korea. I live in Pyongyang."

She has totally 80,000 followers on Instagram, Russian social media Telegram, YouTube and TikTok.
She has introduced N. Korean restaurants, sweets, hotels, etc.
She has particularly focused on the Masikryong Ski Resort.
Vika has introduced the beauty of the ski resort through footages and images.

The ski resort was built with the suppecial support of General Secretary Kim Jong-un, and opened in 2013.
The aim is to attract foreign tourists as a special means to earn foreign currency in the winter.
