It turned out that, by Dec. 4, a N. Korean propaganda website targeting S. Korea, "Uriminzokkiri," removed the special section in which the contents of inter-Korean unification policies including inter-Korean summit meetings in the past were compiled from its home-page.
It seems to be a part of policy-change to deal with S. Korea as not a subject of unification but a "hostile country."

The National Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland, the N. Korean contact institution of inter-Korea dialogue, allegedly operates the website.
In the special section, exclusive sites such as joint communiques of inter-Korean summit meetins were establihsed.
As of Jan. 4 morting, it's impossible to access such exclusive sites from the home-page, whiche possible to view using searching function.
N. Korea has been also progessing ablishment & re-arrangement of its organization in charge of the policy to S. Korea.
