By Jan. 3, an intelligence agency in S. Korea, the National Intelligence Service (NIS), revealed in a material shown to national assembly member(s) that the girl -- who is allegedly known as "Ju-ae," the daughter of General Secretary of the WPK in N. Korea, Kin Jong-un -- was "considered as a promising successor at present."

It explained that it's the result of a comprehensive analysis of "the content of public activities and the level of courtesy."
It also explained that since Kim Jong-un was still young and the situation is fluid, it has been therefore keeping a close watch on all possibilities.
Regarding Kim's daughter, the NIS said in last Septemberlast that it would be "too early" to consider her his successor. However, it's possible that it changed its judgment based on her behavior after that.
Recently, she viewed a New Year performance in Pyongyang next to Kim Jong-un.
