On Dec. 1, NHK released that its interview notes written by a reporter was leaked online.

According to NHK, the temp. staff explained that the information was passed on to the X (formerly twitter) account that the interviewee picked up as the reason for participating in the slandering.
The account-owner posted that "There was a tip that it might be broadcast."
