I have been in Taiwan since yesterday to participate in the Double Ten National Day ceremony.
We gathered at Haneda Airport at 6:40 am and held a unity ceremony.
As the "Japan-Taiwan parliamentarians consultative council" (correct name in English is unknown)" is nonpartisan, that we can talk to lawmakers of other parties about various matters.
On the plane, I read master Yoshiko Sakurai's new book, "An Unusual Enemy: China."
We arrived at Taipei before noon, met up with the previously departed group and had a exchanges lunch with members of the Taiwanese business community. (to be continued)
