ペルーの国民的飲料インカコーラ。
あまり本国ではカクテルに使われることは少ないそうですが、個性的で面白いので色々模索しております。
ペルーはスペイン、イタリア、中国、日本のミクスト文化。
というわけでという事でもないのですが、色々割ったところでしっくり来たのがカンパリだったのでシンプルに。
