ホグスヘッドの8年熟成。シングルカスク、カスクストレングスでボトリングしています。
予想外の雨。なんですかねー。
今期のメニューもあと二日。
無くなり次第終了の物、
頑張って無くしてほしいもの(笑)
まぁまぁあります。
さて、今年も恒例のグラスシャンパン祭りが近づいてきました。今年から内容を改めてシャンパンにこだわらず、ニューワールドの物も取り入れたラインナップになる予定。
１２月６日～８日辺りを予定しています。

8 years aging of Hogshead. We are bottling with single cask, cask strength.
Well, the annual glass champagne festival is approaching this year as well. From this year it will be a line-up incorporating things from the New World, again not content with champagne.
We are planning around December 6 - 8.

8 años de crianza de Hogshead. Estamos embotellando con barrica simple, fuerza de barrica.
Bueno, el festival anual de champaña de cristal también se aproxima este año. A partir de este año será una alineación que incorporará cosas del Nuevo Mundo, una vez más no se contenta con el champán.
Estamos planeando alrededor del 6 al 8 de diciembre.
