「巨峰とピスコのセプドール」
葡萄の蒸留酒「ピスコ」とフレッシュの葡萄を合わせたカクテル。
巨峰と書いていますが現在使っているのはナガノパープル。
ピスコも写真のタカマのケブランタじゃなくてタベルネロのイタリアとケブランタ混合だったりします。
今期のメニューもあと少し。無くなり次第終了の物も出てきます。
そんなわけで私は新メニューの追い込みに励みます。
"Kyoho and Pisco's Sep'dor"
A cocktail of grapes' distilled alcohol "Pisco" and fresh grapes.

Un cóctel de uvas con alcohol destilado "Pisco" y uvas frescas.
Aunque lo escribo como Kyoho, actualmente estoy usando Nagano Purple.
Pisco es también una mezcla de italiano y Quebranta de Tabernero en lugar de Quebranta de Tacama de la fotografía.
