「栗のアレキサンダー」
自家製の栗のペーストを使ったアレキサンダー。
今年はあと何回仕込むことになるんだろうか‥
マーテルのスリースターをベースに使っているのですが、
先日発注したらこんなものが届いてミス発注かと思った((+_+))
微妙にコルドンブルーの要素が足された新しいラベル(笑)
秋と言えばキノコ！
キノコと言えば釜飯！
あぁ食べたい！！
小さい頃、母の実家の近くにある釜飯屋によく行ったもんだが、今になってそのお店がいかに美味しかったかがわかる！
通っていた大学が実はその釜飯屋の近くだったので、あの頃もっとと言っておけばよかった‥
