「ピスコとシャインマスカットのセプドール」
マスカットの美味しい季節。
去年に引き続きピスコのセプドールをオンメニュー。
去年はＴＡＣＡＭＡのケブランタ種のピスコを使いましたが、今年はタベルネロのイタリア種を使い、よりフルーティーに仕上げております。
ピスコは葡萄の蒸留酒なわけですが、ケブランタ種はスペインから流れてきたブドウがペルーで独自の変化を遂げた代表的非芳香性品種。イタリアはその名の通りイタリアから流れてきた方向性品種です。
ＴＡＣＡＭＡもタベルネロもペルーの老舗のワイナリーです。
あー早くペルー行きたーい。

Continue to last year Pisco's Cepdor On On Menu.
Last year I used Pisco in Québranta of TACAMA, but this year I am using Italian variety of Tabernero to make it more fruity.
Although Pisco is a distilled spirit of grapes, the Québranta species is a representative non-fragrant variant whose grape flowing from Spain has undergone a unique change in Peru. Italy is a directional variety flowing from Italy as its name suggests.
Both TACAMA and Tabernero are well-established wineries in Peru.

Una deliciosa temporada de Muscat.
Continúa hasta el año pasado en el menú de Pisco's Cepdor On.
El año pasado usé Pisco en Québranta de TACAMA, pero este año estoy usando variedad italiana de Tabernero para hacerlo más afrutado.
Aunque el Pisco es un aguardiente destilado de uvas, la especie Keburanta es una variedad representativa no fragante cuya uva, que fluyó desde España, ha experimentado un cambio único en el Perú. Italia es una variedad direccional que fluye desde Italia como su nombre lo sugiere.
Tanto TACAMA como Tabernero Nello son bodegas bien establecidas en Perú.
