一説によると食用ほおずきの原産はペルーともいわれる。
ほおずき＝アグアイマント
今回のメニューではピスコのカクテルが３種オンメニューしていますが、それぞれ違うピスコを使っていますので、その辺の使い分けも楽しんでいただけたらと思います。
今回のピスコはＴＡＣＡＭＡ。ブドウ品種は芳香品種のアルビージャです。
ほおずきは使者を導く提灯の役割を果たすとされ、日本では古くからお盆に仏花として飾られてきました。
ほおずき＝鬼灯。
ほおずきのピュレは山形の物を取り寄せています。
山形県上山市では、ゆかたの似合うまちづくりの一環として特産品化、ブランド化をはかっているそうな。
毎年神奈川新聞の花火の日には浴衣のお客様が来たものですが、神奈川新聞の花火も無くなり、今年はまだ浴衣のお客様が来ておりません！！
