「スグロッピーノ」
昨日から始まった今期のメニュー。
新ネタとしてオンメニューされた２つのスプマンテカクテルのうちの一つです。
ウオッカ、レモンジェラート、スプマンテで作られます。
このカクテルの為にレモンジェラートを作りました！
そもそもジェラートの定義ってなんだっけ？って思いましたが卵使ったり、ヨーグルト使ったりと色々あるそうで。
私はヨーグルトを使うレシピで作りました。
ヴェネト発祥のカクテルなので、スプマンテはプロセッコを使うのが正しいのかもしれませんが、プロセッコ含む何種類かで色々検証したところ、違うものを採用。
スグロッピーノは元々はジェラートじゃなくてソルベを使っていたそうな。（現地ではブレンドせずにソルベを浮かべただけみたいのもあるようです）
それがジェラートに変わり、現在ではレモンだけでなく苺や桃等の幅広いジェラートが使われるそうです。

The menu of this term started yesterday.
It is one of two Spumante cocktails on-menu as new neta.
Vodka, lemon gelato, spumante.
I made lemon gelato for this cocktail!
What is the definition of gelato in the first place? I thought that there are various things to use eggs or yoghurt.
I made it with a recipe using yoghurt.
Since it is a cocktail originating from Veneto, it may be correct to use Prosecco for Spumante, but when I verified it in several kinds including Prosecco, I adopted a different one.
It seems that Sgroppino originally used Solbe instead of gelato. (It seems there seems to be only Solve floating on site without blending)
It turns into gelato, and now it seems that a wide range of gelato such as strawberry and peach as well as lemon is used.
Today is the fourth Wednesday so we are open!

Es uno de los dos cócteles Spumante en el menú como nuevo neta.
Vodka, gelato de limón, espumoso.

¿Cuál es la definición de gelato en primer lugar? Pensé que hay varias cosas para usar huevos o yogur.
Lo hice con una receta usando yogur.
Como es un cóctel originario de Veneto, puede ser correcto usar Prosecco para Spumante, pero cuando lo verifiqué en varios tipos, incluido Prosecco, adopté uno diferente.
Parece que Sgroppino originalmente usó Solbe en lugar de gelato. (Parece que parece haber solo Solve flotando en el sitio sin mezclar)
Se convierte en gelato, y ahora parece que se usa una amplia gama de gelato como fresa, durazno y limón.
