「アブドゥーグ」
この時期の恒例となったイランのカクテル。
ウオッカ、ヨーグルト、塩、ソーダで作ります。
イランというとイスラム教の関係もあって禁酒のイメージが強いですが、このカクテルは１９７９年のイラン革命以前の物。
イランはイスラム教の中でも禁酒の教えは緩いのだとか。
外では禁酒だけど家の中でみんな飲んでいるそうな。
ラムはバカルディくらいだそうですが、グレイグースやパトロンなどプレミアムスピリッツも闇で出回っているそうです。
ちなみにシラーズというとオーストラリアを思い浮かべるかもしれませんが、シラーズという町はイランにあり、シラー種のワインはイランから南仏に持ち込まれたともいわれる。
飲んでみたいなイランワイン！

Lo hago con vodka, yogurt, sal, refresco.
Irán tiene una relación islámica y tiene una fuerte imagen de abstinencia, pero este cóctel es una cosa antes de la revolución iraní de 1979.
Irán dice que la enseñanza de la abstinencia es poco común en los musulmanes.
No bebo alcohol afuera pero todos beben en la casa.
