It's sunny today
Yesterday, during a break in the rain, we went into the city. In the distance, we could see the blue tarp of the collapsed embankment of the Odakyu Odawara Line. We also saw a collapsed road. I realized that our town was covered in volcanic ash by about 60cm during the Edo period when Mt. Fuji erupted, and that the land was made of volcano ash, which is weak against water.
