Onion Farming
After harvesting the potatoes, I spread cow manure over the soil; today, I tilled it again and formed planting ridges—it was quite exhausting! I also made a trip to the DIY store to pick up some onion seedlings. The plan is to keep this plot dedicated to onions until next spring. I learned for the first time that there are many different varieties of onions. I’ll be doing the actual planting another day.
