Momo and the chief priest
At Izumo Taisha Sagami Branch Shrine, there is a female goat named Momo. Momo is left free in the morning and evening. Do not go outside the Sagami Branch grounds. Clever Momo is only attached to the chief priest. Recently, the chief priest was away for two days due to work. For the past two days, Momo
seems to have been calling the chief priest and yelling "Meemee". Momo welcame the chief priest back from his business trip. Momo seems to think to be abandoned by the priest. On the night that the chief priest returned, Momo did not return to her hut, but instead rested her head against the entrance of the chief priest's residence and remained motionless all night. It seems that Momo did her best so that she would not be abandoned by the chief priest. When we look at Momo next to the chief priest, Momo looks very happy.
