Thought after ShopRite! - ショップライトを終えて！
My thoughts after the ShopRite.
I finished with an even on the first day.
The second day was rough with ups and downs.
I wanted to have more birdies
to make some room and play freely,
There was a time I had 3 putts after a birdie ...
I was hanging on around the qualifying cut.
ショップライトを終えて。
初日はイーブン。
2日目は出入りの激しいゴルフでした。
バーディーを重ねて、余裕を作り
もう少し伸び伸びとプレイしたいと思っていましたが
バーディーの後に3パットしたりと…
予選カットがギリギリの位置で
踏ん張っていました。
On the 9th hole par 5,
I grabbed a birdie from one meter from a cup,
thus, one over in total.
9番パー5で1mのバーディーを沈め
トータル1オーバー
On the 10th hole,
8 meters left from a cup, I had 3 putts,
thus, two over in total.
10番は8mから3パット…
トータル2オーバー
On the 12th hole,
I read correctly for the 2 meter birdie shot,
thus, one over in total.
12番では2mのバーディーパットを読み通り沈め
トータル1オーバー
On the 13th hole, 3 putts for 8 meters to a cup,
thus, two over in total.
13番では8mから3パット
トータル2オーバー
On the 14th, I scored a 3 meter birdies shot,
thus, one over in total.
14番では3mを沈めバーディー
トータル1オーバー
On the 15th par 3, the wind was against and
there was good distance, so I controlled my tee shot
with a driver and landed on a green, 8 meters left to a cup.
15th and 16th holes were pars.
15番のパー3はアゲンストで距離もあり
ティーショットをドライバーで
コントロールショットをし
8mにグリーンオン。
15.16番をパーとして
On the 17th hole par 3,
the pin was on the left side yet,
only thinking for a birdie,
I decided not to go from the right side of the pin,
however; the ball I shot went to the short side on the left ...
Fortunately the lie of the ball was good,
so I surpassed it with a par.
17番パー3左ピンに対してピン右からでは無くて
バーディーを取る事のみ考えて
打ち放ったボールは
ミスして左のショートサイドへ…
幸いボールのライが良かったのでパーで凌ぎ
It was all up to a birdie on the last hole
whether I could go through to the final rounds.
残すはラストホールでバーディーが取れるか？次第で予選通過が決まります。
I wanted to hit a third shot with a short club as much as possible
so I didn't layup for my second shot.
I aimed between a bunker and a bunker with 3w,
and the third shot was 70 yards left to the pin.
It ran more than I imagined
but I put the 5 meter birdie in with fighting spirit.
I was able to advance to the final round.
出来るだけショートクラブでサードショットを打ちたかったので
セカンドはレイアップせずに
バンカーとバンカーの間へ3wで打ち
サードショットはピンまで70y
イメージよりもランが出て
5mのバーディーパット
気合いでねじ込み
決勝ラウンドへ進む事ができました。
My putting was great on the third day
and I played well and finished with 3 under.
3日目はパターが凄い良く
3アンダーと良いプレイが出来ていましたが
The green was Poana turf and I couldn't take it easy
even with short ones. It was a difficult turf.
グリーンはポアナ芝とショートパットでも
気が抜けなく。難しい芝です。
I played well only one day in the four days,
so challenges remain.
4日間中に1日しか上手く行かなかったので
課題は残ります。
However, the fact that I made my birdie shot
at the moment of the qualifying line
gave me confidence for the future.
しかし、予選通過ギリギリラインで
バーディーパットを沈められた事は
今後の自信にもなりました。
There are a lot to work on,
but it's up to myself how much I could adjust
until the next match.
課題は沢山ありますが
次戦までの期間で
どれだけ調整できるかがポイントです。
