I'll be part of ITOEN ladies! - 伊藤園レディスに出場します！
This week, I will participate in the ITOEN Ladies tournament.
今週は伊藤園レディスに推薦出場します。
I arrived at the venue today and started practicing.
Great Island Golf Club had some damages
such as broken trees and etc due to the 15th typhoon.
I haven't been on the course, yet
so I don't know the course condition,
but the practice area was maintained neatly as usual.
I think there must have been a lot of hard work
to recover the area to the usual condition.
今日から会場に入り練習をしました。
グレートアイランドゴルフクラブは
台風15号の影響で
沢山、木が折れるなどの被害があったようです。
まだコースはラウンドしていないので
コース内の状況は分かりませんが
練習場所に関しては、
例年と変わらずに綺麗に整備されていたので
本来の状況に戻すには
大変なご苦労があった事だと思います。
Mobara also experienced a heavy rain
from the 21st typhoon,
where there was a lot of flooding over the floor.
Apparently there are some businesses not yet
being able to re-start or no prospect of re-opening,
considering of closing down.
茂原の方でも台風21号での大雨により
床上浸水の被害が多かった場所。
今でも営業が出来ていない場所
営業再開の目処が立たず
お店を閉める話が出ている所もあるようです。
Even now we find a lot of disaster garbage
such as refrigerators and home appliance piled up
at various places including on sidewalks.
今でも色々な場所に
歩道にも冷蔵庫や家電ゴミの
災害ゴミが山積みになってました。
The restaurant I went today had water up to the knees
and they just reopened last Saturday.
今日行ったごはん屋さんは
お店の膝くらいまで床上浸水になり
先週の土曜日から営業再開したみたいです。
It’s really horrible to hear the stories from the locals
and it must be really hard since it's continuous.
I was encouraged by the fact that people are always
doing their best with smiles even under such tough situation.
I wish I could cheer them up by doing what I can do through golf!
地元の方の話を聞くと 本当に大変な状況ですし
未だにそれが、続いているので
本当に辛いと思います。
苦しい中でも、笑顔を絶やさず前向きに頑張っている姿に、私も勇気づけられました。
私はゴルフを通して 出きる事で皆さんを元気づけられたら！
と思いました。
I hope those who were affected by the disaster
can return to their ordinary life as soon as possible.
被災にあった皆さんが１日でも早く,
笑顔で元の生活に戻れることを願います。
