Finally!! - やっと！！
There were so many incidents this week ...
In spite of the fact that it was an open week
for me, I ended up being tired...
I was planning to fly on Sunday after finishing the ShopRite
however, our flight was canceled after we got on board...
Because it was the last flight,
immediately after leaving the cabin,
I booked a flight for the next day.
All the planes were full so I had no choice
but to book connecting flights.
After returning to the hotel, I checked the ticket again
and it was different from the flight that I was told.
I was given a ticket for which transit was impossible.
I called the American airlines all night long.
今週は本当に色々ありました…
オープンウィークでしたが
逆に疲れました…笑
ショップライトを終えて日曜に移動の予定が
飛行機に乗り込んだ後に
キャンセルが決まり…
最終便だった為
機内から出た後に直ぐにカウンターで
次の日の飛行機を予約したのですが
飛行機がいっぱいで乗り継ぎの飛行機になり
それは、それでしょうがないですが
ホテルに戻り再度チケットを確認すると
案内された便と違う
乗り継ぎ時間が不可能なチケットを貰っていて
夜中中アメリカン航空に電話。

Finally I could get on the fourth flight at 15 o'clock,
I sat in the middle of the three seats
in between a drunken young guy and
an older man with extended seat belt,
all the way to the destination.

早朝、空港へ移動し
再度、事情を説明して
直行便にスタンバイをする事になり
空港内のゲートを行ったり来たりしながら
ようやく4回目の15時台のフライトに乗れ
3人がけ席の真ん中で
酔っ払いの兄ちゃんと
エクステンションしたシートベルトをした
おじさんに挟まれ目的地へ

I was told to ask about them once I arrived at the destination.
I immediately thought that was suspicious,
so I contacted my friend and my suitcases were found safely.
However, my golf bag, my business tools were lost ...
I called the American airlines every day
but there was no progress...
Tomo-san, my caddy Bob and I called the American airline
many times a day but their answers were;
"I do not know because it has not been updated"
"We will email your message to the airport"
"your luggage is in Philadelphia"
"I cannot do anything because it is out of jurisdiction"
"Please wait for the next update"
We left our contact number and email to a person in charge
but we didn't hear anything from them...

現地で確認するように指示を受け
怪しいと思った私はすぐさま
お友達に確認した所
その方が対応してくれる事になり
スーツケースは無事に見つかりましたが
商売道具のゴルフバッグが見つからず…
毎日アメリカン航空に電話するものの
一向に前に進むことがなく…
ともさん、キャディーのボブ、私と
皆んながそれぞれで1日に何度も
アメリカン航空に問い合わせするものの
「アップデートされてないから分からない」
「メールで空港へ伝言します。」
「荷物はフィラデルフィアにあります」
「管轄外なので対応出来ません」
「次のアップデートがあるまで待ってください」
担当者からも連絡をしてもらうように
電話番号、メールも教えてましたが
全く音沙汰もなく…
Yuko-san remembered a case
that another player finding her golf clubs
by putting up SOS on SNS,
so I put it up on Instagram and then
Minami-san contacted me to arrange
her friend to go to the Philadelphia airport.

and they had a new information
that "They are arriving at 9:40!"
I rushed to the airport, yet there was no golf bag ...
Where did the information come from???
To try again to have the issue solved at the airport,
Tomo-san went around to talk about it at 4 counters,
but they had such bad services...
Only the last lady responded and
found my golf bag in Columbus and
we settled by "Carrying it in the 16 o'clock flight."
However, the flight didn't take my bag...
so next option was to ask Tomo-san's friend
to go to the Columbus airport and check the golf bag.
After negotiation, my golf bag was finally on board
and it came back to me yesterday night.
and they had a new information

と言う新しい情報を頂き
急いで空港に行ったものの
ゴルフバッグは無く…
どこからの情報だったのか？⁇
空港内で再度、対応してもらおうと
ともさんが4つのカウンターを周り
話をするものの、何とまぁー対応の悪い事…
唯一、最後の女性には対応して頂け
コロンバスにゴルフバッグがある事が分かり
「16時のフライトに乗せる。」
と言う事で話がまとまり。
しかし、それにも乗せてもらえず…
次は、ともさんのお友達に
コロンバス空港へ行って頂き
ゴルフバッグの確認。
荷物を乗せてもらえるように交渉。
やっと飛行機に乗せてもらえ
昨日の夜にゴルフバッグと再会しましたー

Golf Spice ECCO also made some arrangements
to send somethings from Denmark immediately.

Again, I felt that I cannot play golf without everyone's support!
