時間内に すべてのタスク達成することに 重点を置く必要なし
つまり、タスク完成度云々というよりも、バックグラウンドをきちんと理解し、実際にその状況に置かれた場合 患者さんとどのような会話をしなければならないか、よく考えてみる事が大切
実際の医療現場での患者とのやり取りを そのままテストで行えばよいのです
もちろん、そのためには ある程度の医療知識が必要です
何を知っている必要があり、何を説明しなければならないのか、、、
医療現場で働く経験をお持ちなら、パッと 思い浮かぶと思いますが、何を話してよいかわからないときのための 道標として タスクを参考にします
OETスピーキングのテストは、IELTSにように 与えられたすべてのタスク時間内にやり遂げる力を評価しているのではありません
実際の医療シーンを想定した、患者さんとのコミュニケーション力のテストということを忘れずに
誰と話しているの？？
ロールプレイを行うにあたり、誰と会話をしているのか、つまり、試験官の役をきちんと理解する必要があります
患者と話しているのか、同僚と話しているのか
または、患者の親・子供など 様々な可能性があります
タスクカードの内容をきちんと確認しましょう
また、ロールプレイの中に、

とか、

など、患者との関係を聞く会話を取り入れるのも、とても効果的ですね
患者さんを 何て呼べばいい？？
実際の会話の中で、患者さん つまり試験官の名前を使用する事があると思います
どのような名前・呼称を使用すればよいのでしょう？
私がおすすめする方法は、試験官の名前を そのままロールプレーで使用する
この方が 受験者・試験官ともに リアルスティックにロールプレーを続けることができます
大抵の場合は、お互いの自己紹介から 試験がスタートします
このとき、試験官の名前を きちんとチェックしておきましょう
自己紹介のときに 試験官の名前を聞き取れなかった場合、ロールプレー開始前の 質問時間に、試験官の名前を伺うのもOK

みたいに 聞いてみましょう
この方法は、すでに その患者・同僚の事を 知っている・会った事がある想定で行われるロールプレイで効果的です
特に 同僚との会話の場合、カジュアルな挨拶から 会話をスタートする事が多いです

または、実際の医療現場では、処置・検査・問診などの前に 必ず患者さんの名前・生年月日伺い 本人確認をしますよね？
実際にこの本人確認のシーンを ロールプレーに取り入れて、患者 つまり 試験官の名前をチェックする方法もあります
技師「Hello, I’m ○○, one of radiographers. May I have your full name please??」
患者「David Smith」
技師「and your date of birth please?」
患者「12th of January, 1967」
技師「Thank you so much 」
私はこの方法が好きですね
ロールプレーでの 会話内容が増えますし、実際のシーンを模した ナチュラルな感じですので
Mr. SmithやMs. Whiteなど、患者（試験官）の呼称を勝手に決めて ロールプレーを行う方法もありますが、私は あまりオススメしません
もし、私が試験官で いきなりMrs. Youngなど呼ばれたら、ちょっとびっくりします
タスクにないことを 会話に取り入れてもOK
上記の、本人確認の会話をロールプレー中に 取り入れる例のように、実際にタスクカードに記載されていないことを ロールプレーの中に取り込んでも大丈夫

Yes, I understand, and it is a natural feeling when a patient undergoes a new examination for the first time. However, please do not worry this is a simple and quick examination. During the scan, this bed will slide, so your head will go under the machine a few times, and it will take only 5 minutes in total. Anyway, it won’t hurt.

As this examination uses radiation, I’m sorry, I have to ask you.... are you pregnant??
No, I’m not pregnant, but I worry about the effect from the radiation. Does it have any negative outcomes?
I don’t think so. Although this examination utilities radiation, the amount of the radiation is very very low.

てな感じでロールプレイが進み、きちんと5分で終了しました
ちなみに、カードに記載されていたタスクに関係した会話は、ピンクの部分
ブルーの会話は、タスクには関係ない事です
実際の現場では、検査前には 本人確認を行い、患者が妊娠可能な女性ならば 妊娠の可能性の有無を確認するのは 当たり前！
検査理由・病状を知る事も、検査を適切に行うのに とても大切だと思い、ロールプレイでも 同じような会話展開に持って行きました
要は、こんなに タスクには関係ない会話が含まれていましたが Bいけますし、スムーズにコミュニケーションをとり、患者の訴えに きちんと耳を傾ける事が大切です
