Guest sides from Rossvale Thistle, Rosebank United, Kilsyth Athletic, Kildrum Thistle and Balloch Eastfield will compete with the host club for the Sporting Trophy and Sporting Plate prizes.
Lenzie 98s manager Karen Graham said: "Previous editions of the festival have been hugely enjoyable.
"The aim, as always, will be to put on a fun afternoon using a small-sided game format which we think is beneficial to footballing development."
The action kicks off at 2pm.
