Paul Anthony Harris, accused of killing a Liberty University professor and her teenage son in a drunken-driving crash last month, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of manslaughter and maiming.
The 42-year-old Roanoke man is blamed by Roanoke County police for the Aug. 8 deaths of Liberty professor Jill Jones and her son Nicholas. Harris was charged with two counts of aggravated involuntary manslaughter and one of maiming as a result of intoxicated driving.
