Hello, my name is Aya Nagasugi. I am the president of Aroma Nursing Care. I am working as a nurse at an old peoples's home on weekend. And I am also working as a president of Aroma Nursing Care on weekdays.
The reason I started my own company is, simply I wanted to work for a people who needs help about your medical problem between you and your doctor.
I am working as a Japanese nurse for 10 years, and I worked as a flight attendant for 5 years. While I was working as a fight attendant, I also worked as a nurse as a part time job. So my total life as a nurse is 10 years.
The last 3 years of my flight attendant's life, I lived in Germany. It was so hard for me to live in Germany. Because of the culture difference, and the language problem.
One of the biggest problem was communication between the doctor.
The most of doctor's in Germany speaks only German. Even I learned German a little bit, the vocabulary for medical is totally different from the vocabulary use for the daily life. Fortunately, I found a doctor who speaks English and sometimes there was Japanese-German translator.
But I didn't have any choice to choose a doctor.
Translator is only as a translator.
As I told you, I was working as a nurse in Japan, I know which is a good doctor and which is not a good doctor. (I didn't say that Germany's doctor was not good, but sometimes I wanted to ask a doctor's opinion which is an expert in that field.)
One day, I thought I want to help foreign people living in Japan who needs help, and need consult between Japanese doctors.
