Cultural Assets Conservation Law
Enforcement Anniversary Day
です。
国宝や重要文化財を保護するための基本となる
「文化財保護法」が昭和２５年（１９５０年）に施行され、
翌年昭和２６年にこの記念日が制定されました。
The law to conserve the national treasures and
cultural assets was enforced in 1950 and the
anniversary day was constituted in the next
year, 1951.
この法律は昭和２４年１月２６日、
法隆寺金堂が全焼してのをきっかけに施行されたものです。
The burnt-down of the golden temple of Horyuji Temple
on January 26, 1949 was the lead to the law enforcement.
新井旅館も館内１５件が国の有形文化財に登録されています。
Fifteen structures of Arai Ryokan are registered as the
national cultural assets.
