もうすぐBoy1の夏休み。早いですねぇ。近頃は、ああ、今年の夏休みはどうしよう？何しよう？と忙しく予定を立てておりました。そんな時ふと、あれ？と気が付いたこと。
私、今年イチゴをあまり食べてないー！！！（すみません、変人です。）
It is almost summer vacation for Boy1. Time flies! We have been busy deciding what we are going to do in the summer vacation. And at one time, I realized that...
...I haven't eaten very many strawberries this year!!! (Sorry.. I am a strange person)
こういうことって一回気が付いてしまうと我慢ができないんですよね。食べたい、食べたい、いっぱい食べたーい！今年のイチゴの出来が良かったのか悪かったのかはわからないのですが、我らが最近立ち寄った地元の農場のお店等、去年は綺麗なイチゴがいっぱい売られていたところに今年は全く売られてなかったんですよね。今年は美味しいイチゴに出会う機会があまりなかったというわけで。
Once I realized, I could no longer tolerate this situation. I really want to eat them... a lot! I am not sure if this year is a good year for strawberries or not. Strangely, every place I go (like farm shops), where they had strawberries last year, they don't have them this year. So I have fewer opportunities this year to get good strawberries.
日曜日、我らはアムステルダムに行きました。その帰り道、フルーツ農家がたくさんあるNoordoostpolderを通ります。そういえば、あの辺りのフルーツ農家って24/7でフルーツが買える自動販売機（すごいでしょ？）があったということを思い出したのです。よし、行ってみよう！運転手のDropに寄ってもらえるように頼んだのです。
On Sunday, we went to Amsterdam. On the way back, we passed through the Noordoostpolder, where there are a lot of fruit farms. And I remembered that they often have fruit vending machines which are open 24/7. Let's try that! I requested driver Drop to drop by there.
我らが行ったところは下の写真のような感じ。結構大きな自動販売機でしょう？ここはさくらんぼ農家なので、もちろんサクランボ、洋梨、リンゴ、フルーツジュース、ギフトセットなどが売られています。そしてそして、念願のイチゴ！！しかも最後の一個！ラッキー！！
The place we dropped by looked like this. Quite a big vending machine, isn't it? There are cherries (this farm is a cherry farm), pears, apples, bottles of fruit juice, gift sets, and, and, and, a box of STRAWBERRIES! Only one left! Lucky!
サクランボも美味しいのは存じ上げておりますので、サクランボも１パック購入。ふふふ。
We know the cherries are also very nice, so we got one package of each. Fufufu...
イチゴの味はどうだったか気になります？・・・最高でした。めちゃめちゃ美味しかった。ので、ちょっとしか食べられませんでした。。。もちろん大半はBoy１、２のお腹の中へ。。
You may ask me how were the strawberries... They were excellent. Since they were excellent, however, I could eat only a few.... Of course most of them are in the Boys' stomachs now....
また近いうちに行かねばなるまい。
