Soda Pop!
I consider myself a longboarder, because
that's what I normally ride, but I've recently
gotten hooked on shortboarding.
It's a totally different feeling and style, and
I'm starting to like it more and more.
A large part of the reason for this is due to a
new board I just purchased.
I got it a few months ago, and took it out for a test ride
the day it came in and it was like love at first wave!
普段はロングボードを乗っている私ですが、最近は
ショートボードに夢中なんです！！
新しいボードを頼んだのも一つの理由なのですが、
ロングボードとの違う感覚が新鮮でとっても楽しくて。
数ヶ月前にこの新しいボードが手元に届いて、
すぐに乗ったら一本目からその動きに一目惚れ！
The take-off is really smooth, and it has great javascript:void(0);
response with really fast turns.
I honestly can't even find a single thing to complain about.
The shaper is one of the foremost in Hawaii,
the renowned Wade Tokoro.
The design is by Mitake-san, who is my sponsor in Japan,
and the theme is Soda Pop!

It's always such a great feeling to get a new board
-- almost like it's Christmas.
It also improves your surfing, as you have to get used
to different designs rather than riding the same shape all the time.

色々な色のソーダの泡がシュワッ～～と
ボードの上で踊っているイメージ。
ソーダ泡の中には昔風のLocal Motionのロゴが
入っているのですよ。見えますか？
デザインもボードのシェ－プもとっても御気に入りの
一本です。
何本でも、新しいボードというのは嬉しいものですよね～。
いつも同じボードに乗っているとそのボードの動きに慣れてしまうので
新しいボードは、自分のサーフィン向上にも良いですよ。
