Burgers On The Edge!!
During this past week's radio show, I talked about a burger place that offers
burgers that are totally out of this world.
Burgers On The Edge is located inside of the new Safeway Kapahulu Shopping Center.
They are the leading casual/fast-food restaurant in town, and they are known for their
innovative gourmet burgers made from premium Wagyu 'Kobe Style' beef.
Their goal is to serve the best tasting burgers on the planet.

Burgers On The Edge はカポフルストリートにあるSafewayショッピングセンターの中にあるお店。
先を進むカジュアルなファーストフード。
こちらのお店は、ハンバーガー屋さんでもただのハンバーガー屋さんではないんです！！
彼らのハンバーガーには神戸牛が使われていて、グルメなハンバーガー！！世界一を目指している
バーガー屋さんだけあって、メニューも味も凄いです！
To me, the interesting part here is that you actually create your own burger instead of
simply choosing from a menu. First you can choose if you want beef or chicken, then
your hamburger patty size (by weight), the bun-type, the cheese (they have 8 different
cheeses to choose from!), the sauce (13 types), and lastly, the toppings (20 types here!!).
It's amazing how many choices they have!
メニューの中でドリームバーガーというのがあって、ハンバーガーの中身を全て選べるんです！！
最初に牛かチキンかを選び（勿論大きさも選べます）、パンの種類、チーズ（全部で８種類！）、
そして、ソース（こちらはなんと１３種類！！）、そして、最後に２０種類もあるトッピングの中から
４種類選びます。選択肢がありすぎて、困ってしまう程！！
Suffice to say, it's called a 'dream burger' because you can customize your hamburger
however you want! Aside from the customization part, they also have burgers that
are pre-set on their menu. For example, their #1 seller is called the Thai-riffic burger!
It is made with Thai sweet chili sauce, wagyu beef, thin crispy onion, mesclun greens,
smoked bacon and cheese. The meat was juicy and soft, the cheese and the sauce wraps
everything inside together and makes a perfect sweet & salty taste.
You really gotta go and make your dream burger!
This is definite something you'll love!

が揚げてあって、さくっとした食感、mesclun greensというお野菜も入っていて、smoked ベーコン
もカリっとしていて、とろけているチーズがバーガーの中身を全て包み込んでいて、甘くて、
ちょっと辛くて。もう最高の味でした！
きっと一度食べたら、はまってしまう味ですよ。
