Japanese food!!
One thing I really love about Japan is the FOOD!! 
Seriously, I tend to gain weight whenever I go back to Japan just because
the food there is sooo good!
On this particular day, my manager, Matsushita san took me to this Kushiya, which
in Japanese means a stick-eatery ( 'Kushi' means 'stick').
日本の中で私が好きな事の中の一つが、食事！
毎回日本に行く度にちょっと太って帰って来てしまいます。。
この日は、私のマネージャー、松下さんが串やさんに連れていってくれました。
Kushiya are basically restaurants that serve food on a stick, kind of like a kebab.
Normally they grill it right in front of you and they put all kinds of good things on the stick,
like chicken, tofu, vegetables, and so on.
This one is cheese with a tofu wrapping. The outside was really light and crispy, and the
inside was filled with melted cheese!!! Ahh, it was so good!!!
I wish you could have tried it, too!
これは、チーズが入ったおいなりさん？？あの、お稲荷さんの外側？？
んん。。メニューになんて書いてあったか忘れてしまいました。。
外が軽くて、さくっとしてて、中にはとろけてるチーズがたっぷり入っていて
もう最高でした！！！
みなさんにも、食べて頂きたいくらい！！
あまりにも美味しすぎて、何本食べたか解らないくらい！
でも、どんなにお腹がいっぱいでもデザートは食べますよ～～！
I don't even remember how many sticks I had -- everything here was really delicious.
And then, no matter how full you are, you can't ever pass up dessert.
Desserts in Japan are nothing short of amazing. I think this time around, I ordered
salted vanilla ice cream, which sounds weird at first, but really makes sense
once you think about it. The salt actually makes the vanilla flavor come out more and
the ice cream tastes even sweeter and fuller. This you HAVE to try.

日本のデザートはとっても美味しい！ この日私が頼んだのは、塩バニラアイス
最初は、塩？と思ったのですが食べたら、なんて美味しい事。
塩のしょっぱさがバニラの甘さをもっと引き出していて、アイスクリームが更に美味しかった～～。
I only have a few more days left in Japan, so I better eat some more Japanese food!
