保護動物譲渡選定基準

譲渡動物の年齢や状態により譲渡の条件が異なる場合があります
（１） 動物の習性、生理、本能等を理解し、慈しみの心をもって飼養ができる方
（２） 動物虐待などに関する法令を守れる方
（３） 不妊・去勢手術をしていただける方
（４） 年に一回のワクチン接種。病気、怪我等をした場合、専門機関へ連れていき、適切な治療を受けさせる事ができる方
（５） 生後2ヶ月未満（ワクチン未接種）は譲渡しておりません。
（６） FeLV抗原/FIV抗体検査は子猫に負担をかけてしまう為、不妊去勢手術以外では行っておりません
（７） 飼養することに家族全員の同意があること
※ ご家族の皆様の面会が必要です。（来所するのが困難な場合を除く）
（８） 飼養する動物の住環境（借家の場合は貸し主の許可、近隣の方の理解等）が整っている方
（９） それぞれの動物に対し、当施設が必要と考えるお世話に時間をかけられる方
（１０） 完全室内飼育・脱走防止対策ができる方
※ 犬の場合は、基本室内飼育、外飼いでも適切な環境を用意出来る方
（１１） 犬の場合、躾ができる方、また狂犬病予防法に基づき譲り受けた犬に狂犬病予防注射を接種し、
又、登録を行い、鑑札と注射済票を装着できる方
（１２） 譲り受けた動物の情報を当施設へ報告してくださる方
※必要な場合にはこちらからの訪問に協力していただける方
（１３） 身分証明書の提示をお願いしております。（ご本人確認のためコピーをとらせていただきます）
（１４） 動物の寿命を理解し、終生ともに家族の一員として過ごしてくださる方
（１５） 万が一、脱走した際は速やかにご連絡くださる方。
（１６）トライアル断念時は必ずしっぽ村まで返還しに来て頂ける方。
（１７）譲渡費用を頂いております。
■ 注意事項 ■
・ 未成年の方からのお申し込みはお断りさせていただきます。
・ お一人暮らしの方、60歳以上65歳未満の方は連帯保証人が必要となります。
連帯保証人は、譲渡申込み人と同県内に居住する60歳未満の方で、当団体が定める
保護動物譲渡選定基準に記す里親として適正と認められる方に限ります。（要署名捺印）
・ 65歳以上の方からのお申込みは、原則不可と致します。
但し、譲渡動物の年齢や状態により、代表理事との面談で判断する。
・ 先住動物の頭数が多い場合、お断りさせていただく場合があります
・ 飼育環境調査のための家庭訪問にご協力いただきます。（連帯保証人宅も同じ）
・ 譲渡動物は、必ずご自宅までお届けします。
・ 遠方の場合、交通費をいただく場合があります。

Criteria for Adopting of Rescued Animal(s)

Conditions of adoption may be different depending on the age and condition of the animal(s)
(1) You must understand animal's habits, physiology, instincts, etc. and must care for the animal with lifelong hearts of mercy.
(2) You must comply with laws and regulations concerning animal abuse.
(3) You must agree with apply spay/neuter operation surgery.
(4) You must vaccinate the animal(s) annually or appropriately. Take the animal(s) to a veterinary when sick and/or injured to provide appropriate treatment.
(5) We do not transfer less than two(2) month after birth. (unvaccinated)
(6) We do not perform antibody test (FeLV/FIV) unless spay/neuter surgery. to the cat(s).
(7) You must have all family members' consent to adopting the animal(s).
(8) You must have a good living environment to adopt animal(s) (in case of rental house, permission of lender, understanding of neighbor etc)
(9) You must spend enough time with the animal(s) that we consider necessary for each animal(s).
(10) In the case of cats, you must completely keep the cat(s) indoor and prevent from running away.
(11) In the case of dogs, provide proper training according to the dog's needs. Must give the rabies vaccination shot annually under the Japan's Rabies Prevention Law. Register the dog and the dog must wear the registration/rabies shot certification tags. You must keep dog(s) indoor or appropriate outdoor environment.
(12) You must report updates of the animal(s). (We would love to know how our former residents are doing). We might visit your house.
(13) Please present your ID card. We take a photo copy.
(14) You must understand the animals' lifespan and take care always as a family.
(15) In case of escape, please contact us as soon as possible.
(16) If you fail to trial, You must bring back the animal(s) by yourself.
(17) We will collect the adoption fee.

We have rights to refuse application from under 20 years of age.
The adopter who living alone, you must have a joint guarantor, and we need a signature seal.
If you are between 60 to 65 years of age, you are required to adopt the animal(s) with a joint guarantor. We will not adopt out our animal(s) to those over 65 years of age.
If you already have a large number of animals, we might refuse to adopt.
We will conduct home visits to evaluate living environment, and when adoption is finalized, we will deliver the animal(s) to your home.
Above (1) to (17) items must apply to guarantor, too.
