ある日、アーニャは買い物に行った。その中の一店舗でおやきが販売されている。とりあえず、そこへ移動したアーニャは看板に描かれているメニューを見た。長野県のとは違って、海鮮がフィリングとして使用されている。アーニャはいくつか違う種類のおやきを買うと別の売り場へ移動した。
アーニャは必要な品物をカゴに入れて精算をすると帰宅した。家に帰ったアーニャは、買った商品を所定の位置に置いてからおやきを食べた。日が暮れると晩ごはん食べて寝た。
山で手に入る材料から作られた野菜のおやきが一般的に知られているが、海や牧場から採れた材料で作られたタンパク質、脂質たっぷりなおやきもまたいいものだと思うアーニャであった。
One day, Anya went shopping. One of the stores sold oyaki. Anya went there first and looked at the menu on the sign. Unlike the ones in Nagano Prefecture, the fillings are seafood. Anya bought a few different types of oyaki and then moved on to another sales area.
Anya put the items she needed in her basket, paid for them, and headed home. When she got home, Anya put her purchases in the designated place and then ate some oyaki. As the sun went down, she had dinner and went to bed.
Vegetable oyaki made from ingredients available in the mountains are common, but Anya thinks that oyaki made from ingredients from the sea or farms and full of protein and fat are also good.
Un jour, Anya est allée faire du shopping. Oyaki est vendu dans l'un des magasins. Quoi qu'il en soit, Anya s'y est installée et a regardé le menu dessiné sur le panneau. Anya a mis les articles nécessaires dans le panier, a payé la facture et est rentrée chez elle. Quand Anya rentra chez elle, elle mit en place les articles qu'elle avait achetés et mangea l'oyaki. Quand le soleil s'est couché, j'ai dîné et je me suis couché.
Les oyaki aux légumes fabriqués à partir d'ingrédients disponibles en montagne sont généralement connus, mais Anya pense que les oyaki fabriqués à partir d'ingrédients récoltés dans la mer ou dans les fermes et riches en protéines et en graisses sont également bons.
