→ It’s raining cats and dogs. はかなり強い雨を表す慣用表現。

→ Let’s have a go. = 「やってみよう」
→ have a go at ~ で「～をやってみる」
• a draw /ə drɔː/ 引き分け
→ It’s a draw. = 「引き分けだ」

→ Which rain is heavier? / Which place has worse rain?
「Which rain is worse?」は文法的には作れますが、この会話で「ロンドンと東京、どちらの雨がひどい？」という意味ならやや不自然。
• Yeah, there is a lot of rain.
→ Yeah, it’s raining a lot. / Yeah, there’s a lot of rain.
「there is a lot of rain」でも文法的には可能ですが、会話の返答としては there’s a lot of rain のほうが自然。
