In the 17s, there was a bad drought in Los Angeles. So a lot of people in neighborhoods nearby, nearby houses, they had been drained. And those kids who did tricks on their surfboards started drop into the drained pools and do trick on skateboards as well, applying the same types of tricks to the land that they used to on the ocean.
