-Yes. Alternative proteins were the focus of attention. I tried a chocolate cake without any animal-derived ingredients such as eggs or milk and it was delicious. Naturally there were also nuggets and burgers made from alternative meat derived from soya. The practical application of alternative proteins is now well established.
