ピーチ姫を救ってくれたマリオが、
今度はうつ病患者も
救ってくれるかもしれない、、。
実はドイツの大学が行った研究で、
うつ病患者に、
『スーパーマリオ オデッセイ』
というゲームを６週間やってもらう
研究が行われました。
結果は、
うつ病患者の量が半減。
しかもその後の治療に臨む意欲まで
高めることに成功したのだそう。
ただ今回参加した人は、
46名の重症うつ病患者で、
人数としてはまだ少ないので、
全員に効くかどうかは
これからわかるんだって。

It seems that when patients with depression were asked to play the game 'Super Mario: Odyssey,' half of the participants in the study actually recovered from depression!
うつ病患者さんに
「スーパーマリオ:オデッセイ」
というゲームをやらせてみたところ、
実験者数の半分が
うつ病を治してしまったのだそうです！
Not only that, but compared to traditional treatment methods, it reportedly increased their motivation for subsequent therapy. It might be worth considering incorporating it alongside conventional treatments!
それだけではなく、
従来の治療法と比べて、
その後の治療への意欲を
高めてしまったのだそう。

取り組ませても良さそうですよね！
