ビビです！
今日(クリスマスイブ)の朝、
めっちゃ体調悪くて
救急車呼んだ話をします。笑
目が覚めた時
びっくりするくらいの腹痛で
吐き気もすごくて、
立ち上がれない、頭も上げられなくて
めちゃくちゃ
1人でパニック状態で、
ロキソニンをさがしたかったけど
本当に頭すらあがらず、、
１時間くらいそんな感じで
我慢の限界で救急車を呼びました。
そんで生理前に起きる
生理痛でした。笑
女の子にしか響かない話で
申し訳ない、、
でも、個人的に
かなりビビった話だったので
ブログに書いちゃいました笑

災難すぎた。
Today, on Christmas Day of all days, an unexpected incident occurred – I ended up needing an ambulance! Haha. As it turned out, it was just severe menstrual cramps, but it was the first time in my life experiencing pain like this. If I were to describe the pain in words, it felt like my organs were tearing apart.
今日はせっかくのクリスマス当日なのに、
まさかの救急車に厄介になる
事件が起きました。笑
結局のところ生理痛だったのですが、
こんな痛みは人生初めてだったなあ
痛みをもし言葉で表現するなら、
内臓がちぎれる感じでした
With my insides feeling like they were in shreds, I couldn't even stand up, my head was spinning, the nausea was overwhelming, and the shivers wouldn't stop. Finally, after making it to the hospital, I was able to calm down.
内臓がちぎれてるので
立ち上がるどころか頭が上がらなくて、
吐き気がすごくて、
震えが止まらなかったんだけど、
病院行けてやっと落ち着いたんだあ
While we casually use the term 'menstrual cramps,' the pain can be so intense that you suddenly wonder, 'Is this it? Am I dying?' It's one of those things that can either hit you like a storm or pass without much trouble. I truly realized how tough it can be for girls. Haha.
生理痛って
簡単に言えてしまう言葉だけど、
急に「死ぬかコレ？」って
疑いたくなるような痛みに
襲われることもあるし、
何事もなく終わることもあります。
本当に女の子って大変だなと思った。笑
“Dedicate” の意味は、何かを特定の目的や活動に割り当てること、または専念することです。
例文:
“She decided to dedicate her life to helping others in need.”
「彼女は他人を助けることに人生を捧げることを決意しました。」
