Grand finale and consideration

At first glance, the fulfillment of desires through consideration and a grand finale may seem similar.

However, the fundamental difference lies in that fulfilling desires through consideration does not completely satisfy the person, whereas a grand finale brings complete satisfaction not only to the individual but also to all involved, the audience, and even future generations.

In summary, while there are limitations and constraints to human consideration, a grand finale has the unique characteristic that everything in the world seems to converge towards achieving that outcome.

As a result, the grand finale exceeds the individual's expectations. Moreover, bringing about a wonderful result even without one's desire or hope. That said, it’s not as if they are superficially driven to desire something just to achieve such a great result.

A grand finale appears as the result of the individual’s will consciously, yet the outcome seems as if a magnificent conclusion had been predestined from the beginning.

In a grand finale, unlike the misunderstandings and miscommunications that can arise from consideration, everything progresses as if all people had envisioned the same conclusion.

During this, good people will experience good things, while those who do wrong will face dreadful consequences.

However, even this is part of the grand finale's conclusion, not a simple case of just deserts. Each person moves towards their destined outcome.

For instance, those who nurture will naturally reap rewards, while those who play with fire may end up severely burned and suffer for a long time.

By the way, consideration is inherently not virtuous, and even if one considers it with good intentions, the outcome may unexpectedly turn out to be harmful.

Therefore, in Buddhism, it is taught that one should act with 'MU SHI N' , or 'no mind'.

This 'no mind' is the fundamental principle that leads to a grand finale, and it is because the actions of all Buddhas always arise from 'no mind' that they witness the grand finale.

Therefore, if sentient beings also act with 'no mind', they will surely witness the grand finale.

In this sense, the grand finale is not a characteristic exclusive to Buddhas alone but can be considered a truth of this world.

Those who are mindful will personally experience this truth, thereby deepening their faith in Buddhism, accumulating merits step by step, and ultimately achieving Buddhahood.
