男性のＥＤ治療はたくさん経験している。女性の相談が持ち込まれることはまず無い。同種類の問題は女性の整体技術者が扱って報告を公開していただくのが望まれる。
今回の経験を男女のちがいとして解説します。
男性の図においてBJ-tool というのはBijounaという超音波ツールである。
図には表れていないが、内転筋の起始は振動超音波器でしっかりほぐすことが望ましい。鼡径の皮下脂肪、太もも起始の皮下脂肪は厚く、強い張力を持っているので、ここの張力を低下させることは重要である。男性の陰嚢に相当するのは女性では大陰唇である。男性の場合はペニスワークで大腰筋などが動くが、女性の場合は大陰唇を通じて腰部筋が、子宮円索を通じて子宮が動くと思われる。
女性の場合、嫌がられない姿勢をとるのが良いのであるが、一つの解決法はイスでの片脚開きポーズである。術者の膝で足を持ち上げることになる。
