Demands for Annual Labour Talks 2021

On Feb. 24, 2021,  Amazon Japan Union submitted  "Demands for Annual Labour Talks 2021". The major demands as follows. 

1. Abolishment of Coaching plan, Pivot, and PIP
2. Proper reinstatement plan and process
3. Disclosure of the harassment investigation process and reasoning for judgement
4. proper collective bargaining rules
5. Disclosure of the union to employees
6. Early resolution of long-term disputes
7. Improvement of the recent working environment
