This is a Direct Hire Full-Time posiiton.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Location:
Downtown Honolulu
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Scanning Images
● Saving; copying; attaching files
● Review printed documents for quality
● Convert Microsoft Word Documents to Adobe PDF
● Fix/redo poor quality pages
● Assist with copying records onsite when necessary
● Process mail received
● Tab, number, bind records for delivery
● Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
To succeed in this role you must。。。
● Have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
● Have experience working in an office environment
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others
● Have the ability to multitask
● Excellent organizational skills
● Ability to work independently, with or without oversight for long periods of time
● Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
● Meeting deadlines
● Takes initiative, must be resourceful and always maintain professionalism
● Must handle pressure well
● Great communication skills with clients and other departments
● Creative problem-solving skills
● Emailing, answering phones, filing, updating database/data entry
● Conducting research and data entry of information on clients/customers/deponents.

Pay: $18-$26/hour (depends on experience)
